Brief description of course structure and learning
style/delivery methodology:
Sessions will include:
- Personal referee development plan
- Understanding the game
- Management
- Communication
- Fitness
- Mental preparation
- The scrum
- Positioning
- The tackle and post-tackle
- Ruck and maul
- Line-out
The course has a fairly structured approach but there are
opportunities for syndicate and individual work – dependent upon the needs
of the delegates. |
